August 4, 2021 – Pyramid Academy, the early-stage training and career placement division of Pyramid Consulting, Inc., announced their name, logo, and website rebrand today. The division is now known as GenSpark.

The new branding represents the company’s focus on hiring, training, and deploying early-stage IT talent seeking to gain experience in a technology role. The name GenSpark represents the outcomes the company strives to achieve:

• A spark of opportunity for those who represent the next generation of technology and innovation.
• The expansion of a diverse pipeline of trained and experienced technologists, prepared and excited to work for the company’s clients.

The new logo was designed with a vision to accelerate equity in the workplace and in society by lighting up pathways to career success for individuals from all backgrounds. It represents a focus on the individual, to make a personal impact on both candidates in GenSpark (called GenSparkers) and clients that hire from GenSpark. As a division of Pyramid Consulting, Inc., a 25-year-old IT staffing and solutions organization, the relationships built with clients will help GenSparkers achieve their goals. Since the original Pyramid Academy was founded in 2019, the company has helped hundreds of individuals to find new IT careers.
